Procedure of use
All our products are for single patient use only, to ensure quality of the product, correct fitting and to help combat contamination of infectious diseases. All warranties are void if the product is re-used on a second patient. Please note: Due to the nature of the products we supply certain products are only available to purchase by a Clinician or with written clinical referral.
We are pleased to accept orders by email, telephone, fax, post and via our online web shop.
To enable us to process your order as quickly as possible it would be helpful if you could provide the following information:
» Your account number (if applicable)
» Product item codes or descriptions
» Official order number – we are unable to process NHS and corporate orders without an official order number
» Delivery address and contact details
» Invoice address if different from the delivery address
Any written confirmation sent after placing a verbal order should be marked ‘Confirmation Order’ to avoid duplication. Beagle Orthopaedic do not accept responsibility for the return costs of duplicated orders due to unmarked confirmation orders.
You can buy certain items directly from our online web shop. Place the items directly into your basket and choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to dispatch your items the same day, but please allow 3 working days. We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to dispatch stock orders on the same day subject to cut off times. Please see the relevant documents for further details on delivery options/times.
Your delivery will be made by Courier or Royal Mail dependant on your choice of available delivery method. If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department and they will be happy to help.
If you wish to return any items to us, please call our Customer Services Department or email: [email protected] to obtain a returns authorisation number. A reason for return will always be requested. The returns number will help us to process your return ensuring your account will be credited in a timely manner. Failure to obtain a returns authorisation number may result in your credit being delayed.
Any returns due to unsuitability, sizing error (due to original measuring) or just no longer required can be returned providing they are as new and in the original packaging. In this instance the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Beagle Orthopaedic reserve the right to charge delivery costs and/or a restocking fee of 20%. Beagle Orthopaedic also reserve the right to refuse a refund on any products that are returned after 60 days, that are soiled, damaged or have been altered.
Custom orders that have been made to the requested specification will not be accepted.

Please note: Beagle Orthopaedic cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit; therefore, we recommend that you use a form of registered/tracked delivery when returning goods.
