I’ve got another one so this is just an extra! I would like to say what a game changer this product has been for me – brilliant quality and given me a new lease of life! It’s really made a difference – I can walk my dog a bit, which I couldn’t before and it really helps with the pain I suffered after a serious injury back in 2020! Yay, BioSkin!
I had a small tear in my calf and wanted to continue training. I contacted Beagle Orthopaedic who advised a Bioskin compression calf sleeve. It fitted great, really does help when wearing, even for just walking around. Very comfortable to wear and good quality. The material is light enough which helps to reduce too much heat. Other brands can become uncomfortable over time due to heat/sweat build up.
All in all a great product thank you Beagle.

We all wish we could buy everything from Beagle, the girls in customer service are all lovely, always cheerful, and very helpful nothing is ever a problem.
“If you ever are in a position where you can’t get hold of one Orthopaedic team ring Beagle Customer Service team. They are brilliant, they are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. On a couple of occasions, I have rung for advice, and they have told me that I didn’t want that brace and told me what I did need and they were right. “
He also said “the great thing about Beagle is you place the order and the product comes, normally next day and that is not the case with most companies.”
These people are under huge pressure at the moment, and I just wanted you to know how much they appreciate all our efforts in getting them the right product in a timely fashion. It makes a massive difference to them particularly in the present situation.
The purchasing manager has just called and spoke to me, to pass on his huge thanks to all the team at Beagle.

Nothing overly fancy about it, which is the patients personal preference, but you could see the attention to detail that makes the device as accurately fitting as possible… Patient left the appointment delighted!

After booking a ski holiday, I had concerns about a healed knee ligament injury as skiing is stressful on your knees. I spoke to Beagle and they recommended a Bioskin Gladiator open patella ultimate. During my week I fell twice and landed twisting my legs but the splint held everything together and I am home safely in one piece.

Just received my Neurodyn Foot-Lift Orthosis. Recommended to me by lovely Amelia, Cool Crutches. It’s given me so much confidence, and even though I’ll never to be able to wear pretty flip flops again, I can now wear nicer footwear.
Just wanted to say the Russell Hall Sling YouTube video was excellent as the sling wasn’t put on properly at the outset from the hospital, so watching the video the sling is now fitted correctly and supporting my Mum’s shoulder.
Your Customer Services are wonderful, they are by far the best in the business.
I had my shoes raised and custom insoles put inside them. I have been delighted with the service and attention to detail. A first class service.
I’m often asked about my foot – what happened to it? What’s the brace for? Why crutches? The short answer is I broke my back but the reality is the nerve damage from my spinal injury caused foot drop (amongst other cheerful things)
Today is National Foot Drop Awareness Day & having lived with foot drop since 2005 I wanted to share a bit about it because I really struggled for the best part of ten years with orthotics. I have limited nerves travelling to my feet, my left foot I actually can’t feel or move so I need an orthotic to hold it up & stop it flopping around / catching and tripping me up. When it comes to finding orthotics to support foot drop, it’s safe to say it is a MINEFIELD. I’ve tried tens of different ones & until 2016 nothing really did the trick – either they held my foot in place but meant I couldn’t wear any normal shoes or they gave me sores, or made me feel like I had a siren for a foot. Whenever I found one I could slot into a shoe it didn’t give me support but the theoretically brilliant ones were hideous & needed specialist boots to house them
Then by a stroke of luck, I stumbled (literally) across the Neurodyn Foot Lift Orthosis & it has been nothing short of a game changer – it’s comfortable, it’s supportive, it doesn’t give me blisters or sores (with limited feeling and movement this really was a first!) and it easily fits into normal shoes (and my regular size). I couldn’t recommend it more! What’s better is I can pop it in the wash and it lasts – if you are living with foot drop and struggle with orthotics please give this a go, it’s changed my life. What’s even better is the brilliant team @beagleorthopaedic stock it and they are the most cheerful, helpful people!
