Our custom Fabrication Department specialises in bespoke orthoses, crafted for more complex or long-term conditions. By tailoring each orthosis to the individual’s clinical needs, we ensure that every solution is precisely aligned with the unique requirements of each patient.

Beagle Orthopaedic was founded in 2008 by our Managing Director, Len Lloyd, who brings over 45 years of experience in the orthopaedic and medical sectors. After selling his previous orthopaedic company, Len was frequently asked by former customers to return, thanks to his unwavering commitment to quality and patient care. Driven by his passion for the industry, Len gathered a small, dedicated team – including Sales and Marketing Director Kelly Halsall and Operations Director Kevin Bailey – whom he knew he could trust. Together, they launched Beagle Orthopaedic.
Today, Beagle employs over 75 people across the country, with more than half dedicated to manufacturing and product design in our Lancashire home. With an experienced sales team located around the country, we proudly supply over 95% of NHS trusts and hospitals across the UK and Ireland.
