I’m quite impressed with this 3 part ankle brace. I’m using all 3 parts when partaking in sport, but just one part when out walking. Definitely a versatile and effective ankle support. The fact that it doesn’t just compress and hold stable, but actively provides a pulling pressure definitely helps my ankle instability.
Ordering and delivery process quick and easy. I’ve only been using the brace for PTTD for a week so yet to see if it helps with my recovery.
No pain now when wearing it
Have had plantar fasciitis for over a year and an inflamed posterior tibial tendon for 7 months. I’ve only been wearing this support for a week but am experiencing good support whilst wearing this ankle brace and walking is easier. Plus when I remove the support, walking is less painful too, so I’m hopeful there is some healing taking place.
I have been having serious problems with my ankle after an operation about six years ago ie a lot of pain and while I’m waiting to go back to hospital I needed some help with being able to walk any distance found this not cheap but able to go for a walk a short walk for now but hopefully can build up fitness over time, ankle sore but able to put up with that.
On initial observation, item feels as though it will give my ankle more support than other straps I have tried. A little fiddly to put on but gets easier with practice and following instructions. Not sure how some parts will last though.
Difficult to put on correctly esp older people
PTTD has been an issue since May with associated swelling and pain. The trilock has made a real difference and enabled the tendon to calm down somewhat. Thoroughly recommend.
